Our Story

My story begins in rural Uganda, where organic farming was part of everyday life. From childhood, I learned traditional agricultural practices, land stewardship, and community-based living.

Although I spent over 30 years living in the UK, I frequently returned to Uganda and maintained strong ties to the land.

I bring professional experience in:

• Information Technology

• Electronic security systems

• Hospitality management

• Practical DIY and construction

• Organic farming from childhood through recent years

Koro Farmstay combines traditional wisdom with modern expertise.

A Thoughtful Transition

• This relocation is not rushed.

• It is the result of reflection, preparation, and planning.

• We are not encouraging anyone to abandon life elsewhere without careful consideration.

• Instead, we encourage exploration first.

• Relocation should be strategic, informed, and balanced.

• Koro Farmstay exists to help people learn, observe, and prepare wisely.

Our Mission

To build a practical and working model of:

• Organic and regenerative farming

• Off-grid and alternative energy systems

• Natural building using adobe and local materials

• Sustainable income generation with less stress

• Rural community education and engagement

We aim to demonstrate that income, peace of mind, and community impact can coexist.
